BSR is a wholesale insurance broker accepting commercial property and casualty insurance through licensed independent insurance agents in the USA. All agents must hold a duly executed brokerage agreement and maintain at least $1,000,000 in E&O insurance through an approved insurance carrier. To apply for a brokerage agreement with BSR, please complete the Producer Questionnaire and forward it to our office. You will also need to forward copies of your current E&O declarations page and licenses, please fax them to us at (615) 264-3980.
