	Kimberly Snavely grew up in Marion, OH . After marring her high school sweetheart Kirk in 1990 she moved to Florida where her husband was completing his naval training. During their time in the armed forces they lived in Orlando, FL, Saratoga Springs, NY and Norfolk, VA. After completing their tour of duty they moved to Hendersonville, TN.

	Kimberly joined BSR in April 2000. After getting her insurance legs working in the employment insurance division she became the Compliance Coordinator in 2002. She is responsible for broker contracts, company contracts, licensing, tax filings and compliance with insurance laws. She also coordinates the continuing education seminars that BSR provides to their customers. She is a key member of the marking committee. She has started cross training in the accounting department. She is responsible for payables and fills in as needed.

	She and her husband have a full house, which includes two teenage sons, Jonathan and Nicholas, two dogs Lilly and Petie, and two cats, Barnes and Noble. They spend their free time watching their children participate in their extra circular activates. Kimberly volunteers with the Hendersonville Parks Department.
